Randonnée nocturne - Parcours de 15 et 25 kms en forêt.

Départ groupé 22h,

Circuits flêchés, ravitaillement.

Eclairage obligatoire.

Accueil dès 19 h, stade Henri Trotin

Animation Musicale sur le site d'accueil

Buvette et petite restauration



Dimanche 22 juillet

Randonnée VTT

Familiale de 15 kms et Parcours de 25, 40 et 70 kms en forêt, chemin et bord de sambre, circuits fléchés, ravitaillement

Départ libre à partir de 09h

Port du casque conseille

A l'arrivée

Lavage vélo, sandwich et une boisson pour tous

Night excursion, course (no competition) of 15, 25 kms in the forest

Group departure 10pm, marked ways, food.

Reception of participants from 7pm at the Henri Trotin sport place

Mountain-bike excursions

Family mountain-bike excursion of 15 kms

and

courses of 25,40,70 kms in forest, way, and edge of the river Sambre, marked ways, food places.

Free departure from 9 am off
Recommended wearing of helmet

By arrival :
Cleaning of the bike, sandwich and a drink for all, lottery (many prizes), awarding of cup,
